pplsrv was founded with a shared belief that disability support should be personal, empowering, and community-focused. Based in Gold Coast, Queensland, we provide services across the Gold Coast with a mission to help people live their best lives—on their terms.

Our name, pplsrv, stands for “people serve.” It reflects our commitment to putting people first—clients, families, and staff alike. We don’t just provide services; we build meaningful connections and support individuals to achieve their goals in everyday life, social settings, and beyond.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a community where everyone, regardless of their ability, can feel a strong sense of belonging and are valued for their unique contributions. To promote social inclusion and participation for our clients for meaningful engagement in community activities, social events and recreational pursuits. We aim to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within our organisation, ensuring that our community-based programs remain relevant, effective and responsive to the evolving needs of our participants.

Our vision is to offer NDIS participants a holistic approach to their disability care, where support services are tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each individual to address their overall wellbeing. This involves working with our clients to focus on an individualized support plan that aligns with each person’s unique needs and goals. We aim to deliver exceptional care supporting our clients in their daily activities, as well as offering a range of community-based programs where they can connect with others to build confidence, learn new skills and live their best life.
