What We Do
pplsrv deliver direct support services to people with disability, most often under the Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life, Transport and Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation category of the NDIS plan. Our role is to:
- Supply Support Workers – match trained staff to participants based on their needs, preferences, and goals.
- Assist with daily living – helping clients with personal care (showering, dressing, eating), household tasks (cooking, cleaning), or community access (shopping, appointments, social activities).
- Promote independence – encouraging clients to develop skills and confidence in everyday activities.
- Provide staffing flexibility – arranging casual, part-time, or ongoing workers, including replacements if a worker is unavailable.
- Handle compliance – ensure workers have checks (police checks, Working with Children Checks, NDIS Worker Screening, first aid training) and meet NDIS Practice Standards.
- Coordinate rostering and payroll – the provider manages the employment side, so participants don’t have to directly employ staff.

At pplsrv we believe everyone deserves the chance to take part in community life, build meaningful connections, and pursue opportunities that matter. Through the NDIS category Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation, we support participants to get involved in social, recreational, and work-related activities that promote independence and confidence. Our team can assist with:
- Community access – attending events, joining clubs, or exploring new hobbies.
- Social connection – building friendships, improving communication skills, and feeling included.
- Learning and skills development – courses, volunteering, or mentoring to support personal growth.
- Pathways to employment – support with training, work experience, and job readiness.
